    Bold - Frequent Crashing

    Hey all,
    I have a user in the U.K who reports his BB works fine however crashes frequently. Does anyone know if this is a known bug? Has anyone heard of a patch for this symptom?
    This device is running ver 4.6.0.126. Thanks in advance for any info.

    Update your device to 167 or 168 if u can find it...

    Yes update the OS . The origenal OS's have proven to have countless problems
    I too had a number of issues until I updated, now 95persent of them are fixed

    My Bold never crashed, even on the original Rogers .126

    Likely they are running some 3rd party software that is buggy. They can remove it to see if it helps. I found little difference between the .126 to .168 but who know it may run the 3rd party software better.

    I agree; I think its the 3rd party software that is causing it to crash.
