Well, had both the Otterbox and the Seidio innocase. If I worked outside the Otter would be my choice-max protection, but a little large. The Seidio is also a vey nice case, sleeker and well formed and had a rubber non-slip feel to it, perfect for day to day use, and also protects well. Since I work inside I opted for the Seidio, both are excellent.

Like the look of the Seidio. I notice it has a cover over the keys. Does the backlighting of the keys make it through?

Yes. Its clear as is the Otters. Most folks dont even bother with that membrane, doesn't feel good when your using the keyboard. I've had several Seidios on my 8300 and 8310 and of course now my 9000. For the money, it can't be beat.

I've had great luck with Seidio. The cases fit perfect and I've never had any issues with them

I GOT ONE FROM CASE MATE THAT COVERS THE KEYS ALSO. SO FAR IT IS GREAT PLUS THE KEYS ARE VERY TOUCHABLE. IT ALSO COMES WITH A SCREEN PROTECTOR.

I like the holster that comes in the box. When not holstered the case smart smart skin that covers the keys.

I just received the leather case-mate case with holster and I have to say that I really like it so far. I had a seidio with holster for my curve, and it is a good case but will fall out of holster if you get part of your shirt caught in there.

I have the same case-mate case for my iphone 3g and my phone survived a 20 ft drop onto tiled floor. My 7 year old somehow let it fly.

    Case Mate Fuel

I recently go the "Fuel" case from case mate for my Bold and I absolutely LOVE it! Not only is it quicker to get the Bold from the holster, but the holster actually charges your Bold as well! I've tried just about every other case out there, but if your someone who uses their BB on a frequent basis and/or travels much, I'd go with the Fuel hands down.

+1 for the OEM belt pouch.

Of course, I'm not very clumsy. You might need more drop protection than I do.
