Hey folks,

A friend of mine wants to analyze her net weekly calorie reduction (including exercise and food), analyzing the carbs, fat, protein in grams, and total calorie count.

She is currently using "Total Fitness", and finds that she's finding that the totals are separated out by category (carbs/fat/protein) and not aggregated into the analysis, which she would prefer.

Also, she complains that some calorie counts are inaccurate, or missing altogether.

I just got her the BlackBerry she has, bragging about all the programs she can load and she is a personal trainer, and heavy into looking good.

Thanks for any advice as to which program she might want to try out.
