I usually do it once every 2-3 days just to refresh the system. Sometimes more if I'm having problems with my device.

I do the 3 finger salute (which I think is the same as the battery pull) once every 2-3 days to help get back memory.

About once a week on average - I probably do it more after downloading or deleting aps than to restore my free memory. I don't have much of a problem with a lack of memory. OS is 4.5.0.77.

    CTRL-ALT-DEL

That's my method of resetting as well. I do that 1-2 times a day. Keeps everything running nice and snappy.

Probably twice a week. It keeps things running smoothly.

That's what I do as well, I used to do battery pulls everyday until I realised that this reset method does the exact same thing and is MUCH less inconvenient.

The control is the up arrow to the left of the 0.

I used to do them a few times daily until I got my curve now I only need to do it once a month, at most.

I usually do it once every week. I clean up the memory when I do it too.

Pretty much whenever I finish charging the battery. Keep it out for like a min. It helps to stabilize the battery after a charge and frees up the sys memory! 2 birds, one stone! Woo woo!

Hmmmm. I use the left shift. Maybe they both work. It is just easier for me to hold the Left side and Alt at the same time. Otherwise I am playing finger twister on the keys. Lol.
