    Battery pull erased everything, set back to factory settings

    Not complete factory settings but erased all the pictures, messages, and took it back to the default screen. The programs I added are still there but pretty much everything else is gone. What the f?

    Mine did this last week and freaked me out. I did a second battery pull and everything was normal again. ??

    I'm really sorry to see that happen. With reliability as one of the prime selling points of a Blackberry, it's sad to see this happen.

    People are reporting all sorts of weird quirks with the new Bold OS. I'd guess that future versions may fix a lot of the stability issues and unlock the true power of the Bold platform. Until then, I'm not sure what to tell you...
