    Thumbs down AT&T myWireless Mobile App

    I was pleased to get a text from AT&T tonight making me aware of a new app for Curve and Bold users that allows you to "pay your bill, check your usage and add/remove features right from your phone".
    I was not pleased after downloading and installing the app being unable to log in to my account because every time I enter my password in the password field and then leave the field to click log in it erases my password.
    Anyone else seeing this or have a solution?

    I downloaded this app for my iPhone, it allowed me to save the username and ow. Works pretty goo. No issues yet.

    The only thing I can think of is I am using a beta OS.

    I have used it for the iP also since release and it's been great. There is an option to save PW or to re-enter each time.

    It's the only method I use to pay the herendous bill.

    Using it on my Bold 9000 works fine, but I am on the standard OS

    Maybe I'm doing it wrong?!?

    I enter my number in the Wireless Number field, scroll down to the Password and enter my password, then as soon as I try to scroll down to click Login my password disappears and I get the message "Please enter your password."

    I didn't think I was so stupid that I can't log in to a simple app.

    Help!

    thats strange, it worked for me the first time I tried. The only thing I did different than what you described is check the box beside Save password. Sorry I cant be more help, but you are doing everything right.

    Maybe it was a bad download, have you tried removing it and then downloading and installing it again?

    It won't ever log in for me....says sorry for your inconvience but this service is temporarily unavailable oh well

    Its a convenient app since I like paying all my bills online. Now I can check my account wherever I'm at.
