    Question 9000 Backup error message

When backing-up my BB9000 data files using DTM 4.7, I inevitably receive a backup error message. There are no specifics, but it always hangs when it hits the data for the Browser Data Cache.

When I do a manual data backup and exclude the data for the Browser Data Cache, I don't receive the error.

Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening?

    Thanks.

Andrew, in a nutshell, here's a simple solution:

Connect your device to the PC and launch DM.
    Go into Backup and Restore>Advanced.
All the databases will then populate in the right window.
Scroll down to Browser Data Cache, highlight it, then press the Clear button.
