thats because ATT is getting the bold any time now and they probably already setup their BB servers to make the bold work on them. T-Mo is NOT getting it so they didnt make their servers compatible.
    Thats just my guess.

either that or hardware problem and that would qualify for a replacement from rogers i believe.

For your safety, I would encourage you to take this seriously.

    1) Remove the battery immediately. (to prevent explosion and fire)
    2) Call and arrange a return.

You may or may not remember the huge problem with Laptop batteries that were exploding or catching on fire. First it was a Dell laptop, then one by one other brands demonstrated the same problem. In the end it turned out that thousands of batteries manufactured by Sony's battery division were the culprits. I know I had three of them on the recall list in the various ThinkPad laptops I own.

Bold uses same type battery (Li-Ion)

Thus it's prudent to take this seriously and stop using the phone immediately. In less of course you don't mind having your face rebuilt by your local plastic surgeon......

Yes, AT&T and Rogers use the exact same type of network protocol, which is different than what T-Mobile uses. Within months, T-Mobile will have it incorporated into their system, but until then it's inop.

Oh wow i didnt think of it that way but now that you mention it it is indeed correct even some macbook batteries were recalled.
I would suggest like i said to call rogers and arrange for replacement.

If you are refering to the Dimension Theme from the Curve, you can't use it.
