I keep seeing the questions asked, but no definitive answer. Is the 7520 even theme-compatible?

Is is just the 87xx, 71xx, and 72xx?

What's the deal here? Which phones can use themes, and which ones can't? And perhaps a little deeper...is the question why?

I think any BB with 4.1 is theme compatible.

Dasupa is correct. The ones without 4.1 can - but are VERY limited as to which ones you can use. I have a 7100 and was able to download all of the themes listed on this site for both 7100 and 7200 - none for the 8700 - and I have 4.1. Before I got 4.1 I could only use the ones that were made for specific carriers such as the Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2, Orange, and the Default Icon themes for the 7200's. I hope that helps!!!

Yes, if you are still using 4.0 check HERE for the compatible carrier themes for a 7100 and 7290.
I see that you are asking about a 7520. I am not sure if these will work though. Can anyone with a 7520 chime in?

I have a 7520 and I have five themes....I'm also on the 4.0
