Is it the same os as you are currently running or less, cause it needs to be. If it is sometimes a battery pull will put it in your themes file under options

    Samsung Galaxy S4
    Asus Nexus 7
    Nook Color

I am pretty sure it is and it is not under themes I checked. It is under applications on the app list and I can't make it run! I feel stupid!

OTA is definitely the way to go if you have the option. Did you try the battery pull?

    Samsung Galaxy S4
    Asus Nexus 7

After installing any theme OTA pull the battery and restart the phone. When the phone turns back on go to options/theme to select the new theme.

As mentioned before downloading or installing any new apps/themes make sure they are made for your device. To check your devices OS go to options/About. The information will be displayed there.
