~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~I've got a quick question for anyone with a 72xx device who has done this. I just did this and installed, am I correct that only Bell, Orange, and Vodafone themes are the compatible ones and the only new themes installed when you update your OS with the altered blackberry.alx file? Just wanna make sure I didn't miss any. Thanks.

bwcoop151, Welcome To PinStack What Device do you have? It seem that you are missing a required file in your installation on the PC. We really need a little more information to help you. Did you delete the Vendor.xml file from the application Loader folder under the Common Apps folder? Rcbjr. |

That might be the best choice. Try a new download of the BB OS also. Sometimes it's best to step back and start from scratch. ![]() Rcbjr. |

Teeeun fo, got the zen theme hooked up. Cleaned everything out, then started over. Looks great- worth the effort.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~maddgeron, for the 7200 series there is also a Bell Mobility theme and a Vodafone theme. You can unlock them the same way as the Orange theme by changing the vendor code is the blackberry.alx file as described in this thread. In the line of code it says series=7200 for the ones that will work on your device. The Vodafone theme is my personal favorite.

Hi madd, welcome to pinstack. I like the Orange theme as well. I am partial to the Vodafone theme more. |

I assuming this is what i'm lookign for correct: <!-- T-Mobile filesets --> <fileset Colour="True" KeyboardType="Reduced" Java="1.0"> <files> net_rim_theme_100_240x260.cod </files> </fileset> I have tmbile and a 8700, what part of this am I changing to unlock the vendor codes. All I really want is the Zen theme, and if anyone knows of any defaults fron Zen please feel free to leave comments or suggestions. |

I guess dude, well I actually found all the themes but I see each one has a different number set for each 320x240. For Example: <fileset Colour="True" KeyboardType="Qwerty" Java="1.0" series="8700"> <files> net_rim_theme_120_320x240.cod Like this one is set to 120. Then next theme I see for 320x240 is set at 125. What am I actually doing to unlock the Zen Theme? Please someone with a little knowledge help me out, or do I gotta wait like 2 weeks again for a response. Thanks People |

| Re: How to Unlock all Hidden and vendor themes.
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~For your 8700 you can only use themes that say series=8700. You need to change the number that comes after "vendorID=" from whatever it is to the code for T-Mobile, which is 100 and then save the blackberry.alx file and reinstall on your device. This process is described very clearly and in detail at the beginning of this thread if you can't figure this out.
