How to on Installing Blackberry themes (scan this thread)

downloaded Brushed metal OTA
doawnloaded plazmic reader OTA
Rebooted 2x

I see the reader in applications
I see Brushed Metal in Themes, but when I click on it my only options are Close and Download Themes....no Activate.

Can anyone help?

Did you edit ur permissions?

They won't appear in ur themes area until you allow the permissions...See link in thread right above this one.

Sorry, I cant get to the link. So I went to Permissions clicked on brushed and changed everything to allow. no dice.

Everytime i edit the permissions to allow and complete a hard reset i still see them in the application's list, i've probably done that a million times. Do you have any advice for me?, because i am sick and tired of the default themes.

So they are still in the advanced applications...2 questions...
First, this is prob a dumb question, but have you checked the themes section to see if they are there too?
2nd, are you saving the info after you turn them all to allow?
Oh, and 3rd, they are for the 7105 right?

Damn, I have a 7100i and it won't work for that model, huh?

I know this is a stupid question, but how can I tell the difference in which model the theme is made for BEFORE I go through all this work?

I downloaded a whole sh**load of themes tonight.

Well I am not a newbie and all my themese have installed fine other then slheaven2 and slvision. Those are probably the two I want the most. They are installed, but no activation choice when picking the themes. I removed them and reinstalled but no luck.

Any ideas!!!!

I have tried to edit the permissions on my themes but they do not seem to change anyone have this problem? anyone know what i am doing wrong. i have a 7100i on Nextel network.

I have a 7130c, running v4.1.0.321, have set permissions to ALLOW, deleted themes, reloaded themes, hard rebooted......but I am still unable to get the themes to be seen under themes. They are all under applications.

I was able to download and load a NightVision theme from Handango with no problem.

I am now looking to get the Super Mario theme on this site with no luck.

Can anyone please assist? Thank you.
