im really cnofused, i downloaded a .zip theme from this website but how do i load it onto my pearl? i have a mac btw, the zip contains a .cod and .alx, how do i do it?

On the 8100 do a battery pull and the themes will show up. Dunno why, but it works

Hi, am a newbie and I have the BB 8130 and cannot seem to be able to get any themes on my phone!!! Can someone please help me. Like a complete walk through of how to do so! Thanks.

dear seniors!!

Kindly help me on this, im trying to follow the steps that shown above,
after xtract the files, and the folders named "transformer" (with alx. files included on that),then i click at the folders,just after click the "Add" button-The error appeard "No addtional application design for your devices were found" !!!
how this happen? what's a problem with my devices, DEsktop Manager?

Fyi mine is 8310 curve (2.5.0.16 platform) and with BBDM v4.2.2.146.

why, when i installed some themes, it doesnt shows in the options, i tried to pull out the battery, and nothing, the only thing it works its to uninstall some themes

How many themes have are show in the Options/Theme page. There is a limit or you may be running up against a low memory state. Hold the ALT key and type EACE What is the reading for File Free?

Yes you can upload themes to the Curve but you must have the latest device OS installed on your PC in order for DM to recognize the themes installed on PC.

I have tried to download themes to my Pearl, (VZ) but no luck. I have version 4.3, brand new. I tried the mobile.blackberry.com themes but it said none were availible for my version. I tried to use the DM but I get the "no apps" error msg. In the DM help it says this means the theme I am trying to upload to my device is not compatable. How can I get past this?

couple of ways:
1) use this thread to update/install the device software on your PC

2) with a bb data plan, you can download these files to your pearl. browse to this forum link using your blackberry browser (wap.pinstack.com) and click the link to download the theme
