Anyone who has one of the Seidio Battery charge pack things (cantt remember its name....) having any issues with it?

Mine will take forever to charge (overnight still only shows 3 lights) and when I plug it into he phone it will drop very quickly.

I'll have 4 ightss on the battery pack then drop to 2 quickly.phone will be charged but pack seems to be discharging even after charged.

I had the same thing happening. Now, where's the battery? In a drawer somewhere... I'm not going to spend money on postal charges to send it to the US and back for repair/guarantee. It costs more than the damn thing itself.
Hard luck Jay. Join the club.

The Charging Vault? Good to know, fellas. I'll make sure Seidio is aware of this.

Gotcha, so it isn't just me.
Sort of frustrating since I liked to take it with me when I cut wood.

Very handy. My first trip to Italy (again) it worked like a charm. Second time round (a week later) it took forever to charge, and when I needed power for the iPhone it didn't ... actually it did. Not even 50% compared to the first time I used it.
It's a shame, because it was a lifeline.
Now, for those iPhone fans that think the iPhone didn't hack it (battery power), it didn't. Reason? Since where I was (San Remo) is close to the French border I found the iPhone couldn't lock into a carrier (roaming) It was either Vodafone Italy or SFR France. Because of this constant search the battery lasted a half day at best.

Was working fine for me as well for a time, then stopped holding its charge. I stopped carrying it for a little bit but picked it back up when they called for snow this past weekend. Power goes out during wet snow here. Charged it, but took all day. Then it discharged very quickly and refused to recharge. Let it sit overnight and showed charged when turned it on. Within a few minutes it showed 3 lights, then 2. Let it sit for an hour and showed 4 but depleted to 1 once plugged into phone.

Basically get about an half an hour from 4 to 1 but only about 25% actual charge to phone.

You both will be hearing from Seidio forthwith.

Now I'm gonna have to get mine out and see what's up.

They definitely stand behind their products, regardless of whether or not it was free.

Our friend Vil (from the UK) reported that his had EXPLODED! Yes, you heard that right. Seidio was on top of it and got him a new one. Haven't heard from Vil in a long time (or JavaBratt for that matter, who brought him here), but I hope it was just a freak thing, although he thought it might be the voltage over there that did it in.

To let you know. Kudos for Seidio - I received an email about an hour ago offering help and solutions. I'm pretty pleased.
I'll answer and we'll take it from there...
    Good work Roger. Thank-you.
And Seidio, what a great response. Nice.
