I am making a application and I have 2 problems

1st: when I load my app up, I get this error: Module 'WebApp' attempts to access a secure API.

2nd: how do I make my app OTA compatible? When I try to do OTA with it, I get weird sympols...

I am using the bb jde not mds studio for I don't know how to use that yet :/

    Much help would be appreciated

    Thanks

    Shimmy!

    Hi Shimmy!

I'll start with question #2: check out this HowTo I made recently... http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...988#post636988

For question #1, you have to purchase Signing Keys from BlackBerry to use any of the restricted APIs. You can do testing on the simulators, but to run the app on a real device you have to sign it with the keys. On the plus side, the keys are only $20(US) now. They used to be $100. Here's a link to the page with the info on purchasing the keys: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/develop...nloads/api.jsp

    Hope this all helps out,

    Re: problem with my application.

Oh Are you serious? I guess ill wait for my website to start profiting, then release the program.. All I wanted to do was make it auto load in the BB browser. :\

Thank you for the information MrCmonster
