Thumbs up Plazmic Theme Builder Help!

I normally don't like to ask for help until I have no other option but I can't figure this one out myself.

    So here's the scenerio:

The past two days I've been playing around with Plazmic Theme Builder using the Zen template to make a theme for my 8900. I tried exporting my theme earlier today but everytime I try to download it with my Blackberry I get a "Download Failed" "907 Invalid COD"

After much googling I saw a number of possible solutions:

Add the MIME support for JAD and COD through my web host:
Check, did that. Still no luck

Make sure parent cod or sibling cod files are not over 54kb
Check, exported a blank zen template (22kb) and tried to download. Still no luck. Same Error.

Make sure not to download over wap
Check, tried over wifi and internet browser. Same Error.

I don't understand why my theme and the blank template which is an identical copy of the theme that comes with the phone wont download via .jad.

Is there something I'm missing? Please help.

*Note: I've already tried changing small things in my theme and rexporting and already cleared my cache numerous times and waited to make sure uploaded files were refreshed on my server

wait, Correct me if i'm wrong...are you creating this theme for yourself? and if so, why would you wanna load it online and then download it? just export it to cod/alx files and load it via DM.
What's the matter? CIA's got you pushing too many pencils?

I was going to offer this theme for free to other BB users once it was completed with custom icons.

Additionally, I have BBM5 on my phones so I can't exactly use apploader right now since it keeps wanting to uninstall BBM5 as one of the tasks no matter what I select or deselect.

I don't know what to tell you. I guess there must be something wrong with the way you're setting it up. Check rgat there are no spaces between yourt URL so that the link doesn't get screwy. If you're doing everything right then I'd say it's your hostin server

Does it matter whether I upload the file in binary or ascii?

You need to open up the .htaccess editor in your site's control panel.

In the MIME types section, you must make these additions:

    application/vnd.rim.cod
    .cod
    application/java-archive
    .jar
    text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor
    .jad

When you say "on your site" you mean like a website or do you mean themebuilder itself because what I was trying to do was download the theme to my pc desktop and then email it right to my blackberry and open it up from there instead of posting it on a website. So where do I make these edits?

website. should be in the root directory

download directly on your blackberry. If you want to install from your PC then export from themebuilder to install from the desktop manager, not from the web
