    Nice GUI

Forgive me if I seem like I'm asking a 'stupid' question.

How does one go about creating a nice looking gui front end to an
application for the Blackberry? I have created some forms in the
BlackBerry studio and they look ok, but the javascript that they use
does not contain any math functions which I will need for the app.
I have also looked at the NetBeans mobile app and it is blah to say
the least. Unless I am doing something wrong, you cant seem to
put things on the screen where you want them and cant seem to
change too much about the text or fields that are on the screen.

So my question is how do you guys create nice looking screens?
    Thanks in advance.

Melisa, First off, on PinStack the only dumb question is the one you don't ask. I don't know if this will do exactly what you want to do, but you might check out the capabilities of the Plazmic Content Development Kit. You can find it on the Plazmic Download Site. Everything you need to download is linked in this post. It's about the Theme Builder, but that is only part of the CDK.

    Hope this helps.

    Re: Nice GUI

In particular, I am trying to use the math.pow and math.log functionality.
But in the Blackberry MDS Studio those 2 are not supported and they are
also not supported in the Blackberry JDE or NetBeans. I tried to start a new
project in the Java Studio Enterprise and as soon as I make an application
a mobile one those 2 functions are no longer supported. Am I crazy?
Why would they single out 2 functions and not support them?

    Thanks in advance.
