    Question HOw do I make transparent images?

    I am working on a theme... and am sooo happy with it so far, but how do I make the boxes on the dock transparent instaed of just solid color?

    Starhaze,
    Depending on your image editing application. I use Photoshop. What I do is open the image and duplicate the layer. Then I make the original layer white. (fill bottom layer). Then I take the top layer and change the opacity to like 50%. Experiment with the opacity until you get the desired effect.
