I also adore VLC player on my pc. I've been using Cinexplayer on my iPhone for quite some time now; however, once I saw this on engadget I rushed to download the app. It installed with no issues, loaded a flick real quick, tested it and noticed that there is still no support subs, zoom in/out aspect ratio and such like on a pc which immediately made me delete the app. I heard the old version did allow you to load your .srt files onto your iDevice but this version was totally butchered. I understand it's free but I guess like they all say you get what you pay for. I expected much from this and was disappointed. Perhaps, the upcoming updated will fix these concerns. Until then I'll stick with Cinexplayer. If you have installous why pay for apps .
