I still like to do the old way and sync to PC is this option their? I'm not a fan of iCloud. Yes it is easy but not for me.

These all look really great. Thank you for sharing such a full description of what we have to look forward to. One question though, and I may have missed it in your article, are the push notifications instant yet? That's just about the only thing I miss from my BB, the immediate emails.

Hey delfim, I'm surprised, but glad, you've finally made a positive Apple post and given them some credit.
Great review and breakdown of the upcoming features in iOS 5!!!

    Thank you!

What email service are you using??? Set it up as a exchange account.

Thanks smooth ! Let me point out that I´m (naturally) critical of anything that I don´t like. So is anyone.
And , as you know, I do use them before I´m critical. It means I feel defrauded in some sort of way when I find something I don´t like. Or when I pay for some half-baked promise... !
iOs deserves criticism as much as any other OS. No favorites here.
This time I found very positive improvements, and the credit to Apple, was rightly overdue...

Syncing via iTunes will continue to function as always. But trust me when I say: Once you get used to sync without wires and cables, and the need for a PC (or MAC) to do it, then you´ll not want it any other way.

I have two addresses that I use, gmail and yahoo. I thought that it was my phone that did the "push" every 15 minutes to get my email. I am not sure what you mean by exchange account. Sorry.

I think what BHP means is that there's an option in there when you're setting up an e-mail account to set it up as an "Exchange" account, meaning Microsoft Exchange (at the top of the list of available options). I've done this for my work account and I've heard others have done it for their Gmail accounts. Can you set all e-mails up this way?
