I think it's a little too late for apple to get off their high horse now that they see how superior the sales of the droid based phones now. I don't think many of those users are gonna jump ship for the "Godphone" now that they've been spoiled with their Nazi themed porn hosting droid phones
What's the matter? CIA's got you pushing too many pencils?

LOL! I wasn't going to put it quite that way, but you're probably right about people not jumping ship from the 'Droid to the iPhone because if this.

I can definitely see people who are tired of AT&T jumping on this, though.

This is really it. This is what's going to drive it.

Some people will break contract and go. Other will wait for their contract. I bet secretly ATT knew this, and this is why they raised their cancellation fees. They were really hopping to do one last lock-in.

the reality is that once the phone becomes available to verizon, the only people who will stick with ATT are the ones who won't have any verizon service (those sorry 0.5%)

ps: i still hate verizon, and I will never switch to verizon. I also hate ATT.

(yaay, Tmobile!! -- where you pay half as much for 3G that's faster than both combined)
