Everytime I read that another writer enjoyed Android I start to think that Apple is doomed and will be out of business soon.

The problem with these articles is that they imply that someone that prefers iOS at one time can't like anything else, and if they do it's actually news... was it the smugness of saying something was great in an article when android was on horrible hardware and was ugly as sin? if so, get over it.

We all have to agree that Android was an abomination a few years ago. It was, don't argue with me. but it has evolved into something nice and useful now, so someone changing their opinion about a platform that has matured isn't that big a deal.

Don't get me wrong, I was one that said that Android was a slow buggy mess that steals your secretes. and in many ways it still is but it has 2gigs of ram and awesome processors so it all happens quite quickly now with less lag and a bigger screen.

I am going to use the phrase I use every time one of these articles is written; "Too each it's own"
I was on both OS back when they were android Eclair, and iOS 3.0. Since then I prefer Andriod, even with iOS 7 (That finally changes iOS Eco system) I still prefer Andriod. On the other hand; my buddy did the same, and stuck with iOS. The same thing happens when it comes to Mac and PC's. I know Mac users that converted to PC and said they've been missing out, and vice versa.

Too each its own; and People change their minds as time goes on, when they get tired of the same thing.

    Yep.

Look at how many people got all pissed off and left us in a huff when PinStack went from all-things-BlackBerry to all-inclusive. I'd wager that the majority of those people are on Android or iPhone now.

Some people are fickle, others are slow to change, myself included. But when that change happens, they suddenly realize what they've been missing.

The point is, be open to all things, and don't be in such a hurry to dismiss something just because you don't know much about it. That's what keeps most of us here.....the anticipation of "something new" or different coming out. Granted, we've been mostly disappointed lately, but that doesn't keep us from looking forward to see how these companies can outdo themselves.

    Fickle? Fickle? Who is fickle?
There's no respect. Or understanding of the term.
    Geez!

    Geez!
I edited it to say what I really meant, Del. But I also need to put a picture of you alongside that definition of fickle.
