    Still have a house in The Woodlands (Montgomery County Tx), although it's up for sale since I moved to Calgary with my job. This is pretty amazing that they would actually have one of these flying around. More likely to be catching the boys speeding!

    I can imagine all the pot shots taken. Every kid will bring out their pee-shooter to blow this thing away... I'm no kid, but I'd give it a go. I'd put my bike helmet on first.

    I do admire them for creating new case law. It will be interesting to see how the courts see things and how it's allowed to be used.
    LE can't set down the street use a device to look in your home and then use that as evidence to make a case or even an arrest.

    The naked eye rule still applies for the most part. Don't even get me started w/traffic cameras.
