    The 42Mbps for tmo HSPA+ is a sham. I had two devices capable of 42Mbps speeds, but only got 7.86Mbps download, and 2.32Mbps upload. So whats the point to all of this, why waste time on this when everyone knows your never gonna see those speeds or even close to it. LTE will be just a way to bill you more for service.
