    Assumption of "pretty"

Nice graphics - obviously put a lot of thought and work into this - but way too busy for my use. Personally I want an interface that looks nice but is easy to read and find the visual information I need quickly. In the end, this device is a just tool to get a variety of jobs done and the UI makes the difference whether it does that well or is just (pretty) packaging that interferes with the users' ability to do the job. Maybe it is as simple as having the first tap get rid of the visual noise?
    Thanks,
