Article: For Samsung, Stealing, Cheating and Lying Are Business As Usual
Such a sad state. A look at the Galaxy Gear shows exactly what they can produce on their own. Designs are terrible without someone else leading the way. IMO, They should have to pay a royalty to Apple of 20% for every Galaxy device sold for the next 8 years. Harsh punishment is the only way to teach a lesson. And Samsung(not Sammy) need one badly.
"hiring people to post fake comments supporting Samsung in online forums. Specifically, hired commenters were paid to trash Samsung’s competitors and praise Samsung’s products. In an industry where much of the marketing is done by passionate users, Samsung cheated by hiring fake passionate users."
My turn now.
Samsung must have really done a good job with cheating. It really worked out then, since there are tens of millions (or more than a hundred miilion or so) of "suckers" that fell for it. I suppose it would sound better if Samsung had stolen their ideas and patents from poets, scientists, artists, philosophers...

At the end of the day everyone is stealing from every one, dont think for a second Apple is excluded...compare the first iPhone to the LG prada, look at the release dates, consider the reasons why apple didn't go after LG for patient infringement...and it all becomes very clear...
competitors have been steeling from each other for quite a while now...just look at the petrol engine, radio antenna on every phone...nothing new...
They make a decent product. No one was "suckered" into anything. What they did/do is use things with patents to make them. They do it everywhere. Not just in mobile. The reason they continue to do it, there hasn't been a stern enough punishment. And yes, it has worked out really well for them.
