Regardless of what I can tell you about it, the "user satisfaction data" as you call it, is far superior to what you´re used to.
But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?

Haha. Not only is beauty in the eye of the beholder, it's also subjective, and at times opinionated.

But they don't have the magic pixy dust to give you that must buy perspective that Apple has, so they obviously wont have that absolute customer satisfaction Seriously though what it comes down to is ease of use, responsiveness, how likely is it to crash (frustration level) etc for the average consumer. I know us "techy" types love it when we can muck around and get things to work, tweak them to give us a microsecond better performance etc., but Mr/Mrs/Miss Average want their device to work, to let them play games, check Facebook, Tweet, browse the web and message people. So this is why Apple is loved because the screen responsiveness is superb, it doesn't crash, updates work, I have a niece out in the Far East who is absolutely pissed big time with Samsung because the software update is now crashing and causing her to spend 2 minutes extra updating Facebook. so Samsung will not last long with her.
