All right you droid guys need to quieten down . .
I'm going to wait and see what this one is like. No BES wouldn't bother me, since I'm not a business user (and if a business wanted me on BES, they'd have to supply the device). If this isn't suitable, I could always choose a different platform such as Android or Windows Phone, or wait for later QNX devices.
I am hoping that the QNX handhelds will get the Android Player, like the Playbook.
I have a Netflix subscription, and I'd really like to be able to watch Netflix on BlackBerry. My friends who have Androids are already able to do this.

and BTW this NO BES quote has been blown out of proportion to the point BGR(who originally broke this) felt compelled to tweet about it today:
boygenius Jonathan S. Geller
just to be really clear, i didnt say a qnx blackberry would launch without support for BES, just existing BES servers
here is the original article that is causing all the misconception
I don't know what to believe, some articles say QNX requires dual processor, yet it is being tested on a single processor, which would make you think it should run on the OS 7 bb's Still it is all conjecture and supposition, the OS 7 phones are only being released tomorrow or at least in Canada.
There is still a concerted effort out there (not on Pinstack) to kill RIM or at least it seems so
That blackberry 9900 comes with a 188 mb of apps memory only ! What kind of stuff is that ? Some people in Crackberry are livid about this and qnx is to me over rated ! Just my opinion.
I'll look on the bright side for a moment. Maybe there's more that RIM is keeping to themselves. They're a great company, I just can't believe they would be all over place as these reports suggest.
