We shall see what, if anything this does to revive the brand. I know many of the BlackBerry faithful are anxiously anticipating the launch. Elmer (ealvnv) received a developer's device at the BlackBerry Jam in San Jose in September. Must be under a NDA since we haven't heard much from him since.

I hoping that BB10 WILL be a viable alternative. I´m getting fed up with Droid and iOS. Especially the drab iOS. Even Windows Phone 8 is starting to look attractive. At least it's different...

March sounds reasonable in terms of actual availability. RIM has never had products on shelves quickly following announcements.

I hope so. Really, I do.
Anyway, I can´t help but say: WELCOME BACK LAURA.

Would love to go back to BlackBerry. Hope they've got it together.

I've pretty much decided I'm done with BlackBerry. The only way I'd take one is if I were forced to use it by an employer. If Windows Phone were to be discontinued, I'd switch to Android.

I don't know. There are a few features that are unique to BB10. The keyboard also seems unique. If it does what the Droids do , it's going to be very tempting.
What I don't want to see is the eternal software changes because of some bugs or other things. It gets frustrating and complicated when RIM does this for some carriers and not for others. That was the primary complaint I always had. If it continues that way I'll look the other way...

I think you may be pleasantly surprised by this operating system when it is released Laura, as Ian Fleming wrote "Never say Never"

...yeah, I'm with you on this James Bond thing.
But then he went on to say "you only live twice" and this may be the last life RIM has. I also hope it´s as good as all the promises, or else BB10 is a "for your eyes only" Dave, OS.
Now me, being an optimist, hope that it´s not a "live or let die" OS which all other systems will be looking at "a view to a kill", or to go ahead and kick "the living daylights" of BB10. They are are just looking for " a license to kill."
"The world is not enough" though, and "tomorrow never dies". Maybe BB10 is set to "die another day".

I asked "Dr. No" about that. He´s somewhere "In Russia with Love" asking the same question to "Goldfinger". But I reckon I am. "The man with a golden gun" had to hold a gun to my head for that, but he´s a"spy that loved me", so there was no real "thunderball" really, especially when he knows I'll do anything while "on her majesty's secret service". Luckily, and unlike you, I wasn´t at the "Casino Royale" in Vegas when I admitted to the fan thing, a grave mistake since I was resting at the hotel next door, the "Quantum of Solace", very busy keeping "Octopussy´s" hands off me, which I did by promising her lots of "diamonds are forever". She´s a "spy thats love me" in the end, so no "skyfall" is expected. Maybe I´ll be assigned to "moonraker" after this post.

Geez, I think I got them all, right?

    Yeah! I'm a fan!
