Be absolutely sure you already know how T-Mo works in your area, and that the phone you pick is a decent phone. We live in N. Miss, and just dropped our T-Mo because the reception was horrible, never could get any help out of Cust. Service when one of our phones kept going into emergency call only, even though we should have had full reception in the areas it would do that.

I agree there as well. T-Mo would have to start changing their service and reception in my area to get me to even remotely think about switching back.

I'm sure TMO hopes to lock in some contracts before ATT gets them all. Lol!

    amen to that!!!!!

It would appear that their strategy (tmo) is to get people locked in before the iphone 4 is actually available at stores. if they can do that, they can stem some of the loss they will experience once iphone 4 is physical in the stores. my 2 pence

My brother works for a tmobile store and he told me that all they have for free is as he puts it "the garbage phones" lol. They should clarify the "all phones" part outta that article. Hell, I'll sue then for false advertisement if that's the case.
What's the matter? CIA's got you pushing too many pencils?

hardly junk phones sure there are quite a few like 75% that I wouldn't own but there are those other 25% that they are trying to sell people on.

The T-Mobile page says every phone, and includes the BB 9700, HD2, Android phones etc.......it's a good deal for those for whom t-mo is a good carrier option.

Not true actually -- i asked the 3 stores near me (there are 3 tmobile stores in a 1 mile radius), and all of them said it's ANY phone.

That includes all BBs, Android phones, windows, and all of the other "crap phones".

I assume if you have the Evenmore plus plan, you will not be able to add a line and get this deal. Don't think you can open a new account and then transfer it to your existing Evenmore Plus family plan, because they won't let you transfer a contracted account into a no contract account.

hey all long time no post I know but does anyone in Portland, OR have T-mo? and if so how is their reception? and I mean all over the city not just outside...
I have sprint a most places it works well enough but at work and at home, the two places I am the most it just doesn't work that well.

I'm mainly looking around the mid city area and jantzen beach area
    thanks all!

Welcome back! I have TMO and it works great all around the Portland/WA area. I never get dropped calls and service never goes down.
