I've got this on Cassie's phone and I'm not sure I'm fond of it.

A developer on XDA is planning on releasing an apk that is essentially the same thing but works on any ROM 2.3+.

Of course I'll share. He's planning on releasing public beta tomorrow.

Released alpha. I'm playing with it, but try it out yourselves.

It's not bad. Especially since it's alpha.

    Has anyone else tried this?
I'm wanting to understand what I'm missing. I get notifications in status bar, not sure why this is better.

Maybe I'm just stuck in my ways but it seems redundant.

From what I saw on a S3, it looks that way. I reckon it's just the different UI that may attract people. But to have 2 of the same thing, never mind redundancy, it's a memory hog.

I guess its the "multitasking" but I rarely care if I have to switch between apps. Task switcher does a good enough job.

I have quick reply for text and rarely use if.

I agree with the Jayster on this one...

    Redundant.
