    I must be lucky, since I have not had any data issues.

    The only glitch I had involved my visual voicemail, but that was an AT&T issue. Every time I've switched devices, I've always had to call AT&T to get my visual voicemail provisioned.

    I cannot complain about AT&T, though. Last year during the BIS outage I called AT&T and requested credit on my account for the outage. They credited me for the entire month's data, not just the three days BIS was down.
