    If anything, Asus should be sued, not Negri.
    And ExoTablet ? Who the heck or where do they come from?

    At least Apple had good products to defend.

    Maybe they're going after a target that they hope can't properly defend itself, unlike ASUS, so that there will be favorable court decisions on record when they go after bigger targets. I don't actually know if the legal system works that way.
