    No, just use your head.
    For example I just downloaded xposed framework and side loaded it. Got it from a trusted Dev on xda.

    I wouldn't go to some gimpy site and download a cracked Candy Crush Saga so I can cheat, or download a cracked paid app. Odds are either could be malicious in any number of ways.
