    My S4 has a flexible display. The rest of the phone is rigid so it's not noticeable.

    I would assume that flexibility would enhance shock protection or flexing over such a large surface area.

    Sometime when I read about this new display it sounds like they want to release one but nobody knows what to do with it. Nobody wants a phone the flexes like the display so they have to invent something we will want that would need this kind of a display. Now something that will give when it needs to so it doesn't break is good.
