    It's about time, it's happened with every carrier but Sprint, as far as I'm concerned it's a contract they sure treat it that way if the user messes up. Unlimited is unlimited until your contract is up. T-Mobile did the same thing to me under an unlimited contract. I don't think they should be able to change the rules in the middle.

    I would have liked to seen the Judge award the user Unlimited Data un throttled for LIFE. It would have sent the correct message to AT&T and every other Carrier.
