No question a person usage will impact the outcome but I sat with an AT$T iPhone4S and a Verizon iPhone4S and watched the battery go down 20% more in a two hour span on the Verizon phone using the same Apps etc side by side.

I don't know for sure but I've always thought it had to do with the Carriers signal and how it's sent/received on the phone.

You probably right. I have reset the Location settings just today on mine as advised. I hope to see results by tomorrow. I have to state that the battery, as is, sucks. My Note (larger screen, larger everything) outlasts my i4S. I'm also comparing the battery drain with my wife's i4. She uses it extensively every day and it seems she has a lot more juice at the end of the day than what I do. I have friends with other carriers who have results that seem to match yours. The i4S running on TMN (carrier), drains battery speedily. Optimus (carrier) i4S seem to last longer.Interesting...

if your phone drops 20% period in 2 hours that sucks.what kinds of aps did you have running and were you running the display continuously for 2 hours?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

While my battery life wasn't bad to begin with, changing those settings definitely helped
