Not sure about Sense 4.0 but dual handle 3.0 fine. My question is why saddle a good or great CPU with eye candy that needs the horsepower?
The answer is pretty simple, its what the consumer wants. Folks want pretty, and honestly could care very little about the CPU overhead it creates. Add that its how HTC seperates its devices from Sammy and Moto.

ICS is attractive in and of itself, but few users will see it outside of power users and Nexus buyers. My complaint about Android is that these GUIs are mandatory and not optional. Those that don't root have to add the additional overhead of a launcher + theme. So wish Google would stop this but it won't happen. In the meantime there's rooting and AOSP.
