Well, I'm gonna have to take your word for it, Del. I don't see myself on a Windows device quite yet.

The article should have ended: ...there's no smartphone out there today, anywhere, as a Lumia 1020 with Android.

you would think that Microsoft (being a software company) would just step in and make every app thats missing and at a far superior quality when compared to Google or Apple. it's a software company for crying out loud.

Microsoft, y u no be clever n mk ap like Google mon ? ok, enough with the rusta talk.

Nokia apps are superb. They would add value to Android. With WP, they go unappreciated.

The question is why isn't Nokia making an Android phone?

Eh, Google isn't obligated to make their services work on every platform. Windows will just have to make due with what they have.

Google isn't obligated to do anything for anyone. The point is, they won't do it at all for Microsoft, contrary to iOS, due to their constant bickering and perception that Microsoft is still a great and real threat to their OS. Case in point is the latest fiasco with YouTube.
