    If you use an HTC device, or a Samsung, you're probably affected by this. Its technical and lengthy, but I'd suggest you look into all of TrevEs work. I've been following this hoping it would iron itself out. XDA is asking this to be spread about.

    My question to HTC & Sprint is why is the only way to opt out is to void the warranty and root? I personally don't care about the warranty issue but there are plenty of users that do.
