I've been looking at a lot of videos and reviews of the Z10 and I have to say that I am impressed and I like it..

Well our friend Del will hopefully be getting a trial unit and offering his unbiased opinion. I don't know if it's enough to make me run out and get one for myself unless it gets rave reviews from our resident device tester. Being used to an almost 5" screen, the 4.2" of the Z10 seems too small to me.....

all this fancy stuff and they still haven't improved their app world. pointless. its like having a supper phone and there's hardly any majour 3D games for it or apps that would require that much performance.

if black berry wishes to come back they should not be so monopolistic by becoming an carrier for all platforms, offering both bbm and bis to all devices, yes they lookse market share on sales but they could gain, wait...500 000 Android phones sold daily. just say 10% of that buy bis/bbm so 50 000 * 60rands (about 7or8 $) = tons of profit

It will be a while before I can get one for testing. Sigh...
As for the score, I think it will be about 7.1or thereabouts...
I want to see Cap munch his hat. And I want it on video.

Honestly the specs are decent but how does 10 really run day to day?

I'd say its a decent effort but wont get much attention after MWC.

RIM, just open this up and make it available to other manufacturers. Cut the hardware loose.

    I have a torch w/slide out keyboard.

I have been waiting to get a blackberry with new keyboard. Ummm. I guess not. The rest of the household has i-phone. i dont want a screen keyboard. I want a tactile keyboard....preferrably slideout. RIM has the patent on them. i will give them a little more time to see that they need this for thse of us that want a keyboard.

^^ The Q10 with a keyboard is going to be available. It's based on the 9900 , obviously rocking BB10. It promises to be very efficient, and with a touch screen too. Definitely a more solid BB than the one you have.

Ray, I don't foresee BlackBerry coming out with another retractable keyboard device. Honestly, that Torch was the worst BlackBerry I ever owned. Didn't care for it one bit. Now the Bold 9900 and the Q10 are a different story. I have no experience with the Q10 obviously, but the 9900 was a beauty.
