Article: BlackBerry 7 Training Starts @ Big Red!
I know as a Verizon customer I am tired of having to deal with them on a monthly basis because they give nothing but bad information concerning Blackberry devices. So this is LONG overdue and I hope for the sake of their customers that they pay attention to the training materials because I personally am tired of having to put their support techs through Blackberry 101 myself LOL!
I've talked with allot of rep's out there after a new product comes out and they all take the training but it sure seems like most don't remember it or even care what it said. A good salesman should know his product but they don't
