    Thanks for the article rdills. It's what I needed to say but needed a native to say it.
    If I had, and knowing where I'm from, with a totally different view of things, it would have been construed as offensive perhaps.

    It's a sad day. And the battles ahead will make this debacle puny and insignificant.
    It will be a tooth for a tooth, eye for an eye from now on.

    This was touching. Tears in my eyes.

    It's so sad that innovation will end now that Samsung has to pay licensing fees if they want to continue using these patents.

    I have to admit, when I read this bit:

    my first thought was "ya right, this guy is obviously biased". However, by the time I got to the end, your argument was so well written and put forward that I see the point you are making and I agree with you. Well done!
