    It's kind of amazing that Apple is even on the list since they basically sell only one phone with different operating systems.

    I give them props for making the graph but there is no real non subjective survey. Most times the people that run the surveys hand select most of the random people or at the very least reject the results from a few that they dont want.
    Its simple for example Ill go interveiw 1250 people, out of those I will sift thru the results and ive started with a comfortable margin so i can eliminate up to 250 people that have responses i dont like and i can still advertise "i went out and got 1000 random people off the street and this is what the market share is doing."

    ^^^ it could happen. But I doubt a credible company will allow that. They have safeguards built into the query and the way they have their census collectors checked. They have cross reference results to consult and deliberate overlaps built, plus error compensation.
    If they crook the results, they are gone pretty quick.
    In these sensus that they do, the thing to analyze is the questions they ask. These can be deliberately focused seeking a guided answer.
