I am a firm believer that if you are under contract with any carrier they should be held accountable for unlimited data until your plan expires. After that the customer is in full understanding, but damn it a contract is a contract no matter what side of the fence your standing on.

I agree. However, are there any users still under contract with the old plans? I know new customers cannot get that contract any longer. I have that plan, but my contract expired May 2011, so I'm not under contract and can leave if I want.
