I forgot! IF you do choose to upgrade to iOS4 visit the site (Apple) and you can opt out of iAds information. You must visit the site with the device you are using in order to opt out keeping your private information private.

Also you must be running iOS4 or higher in order to do this. iAds are not used in older Apple devices. You can also read over more
information if you want on the Apple web site in the link below.

    https://oo.apple.com/

"Apple and its partners use cookies and other technologies in mobile advertising services to control the number of times you see a given ad, deliver ads that relate to your interests, and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns," the text says. "If you do not want to receive ads with this level of relevance on your mobile device, you
can opt out by accessing the following link on your device: http://oo.apple.com. If you opt out, you will continue to receive the same number of mobile ads, but they may be less relevant because they will not be based on your interests.

You may still see ads related to the contrent on a web page or in an application or based on other
non-personal information. This opt-out applies only to Apple advertising services and does not affect interest-based advertising from other advertising networks."

    Enjoy your Privacy.

I just upgraded my iTouch 3rd Gen and I can't opt out of the iAds feature. Is this a glitch or is the opt out feature not supported on iTouches?

It may take a little while before that is working for everyone. I think Apple's servers are getting hit hard today with all the other new downloads and App Store changes. I tried it also and it did not work. It's theirs so at some point it will be active.

Backin all my stuff up for the later JB that will be coming soon. Keep in mind, Cydia Apps are not working with 4.0 yet, not even iFile. So be patient and it will come soon trust me.

Installing 4.0 on 3.1.3 JB device now. I dont care for it not being JB for a few days, it will come soon. Gives me time to play with the new OS.

If you rely on an unlock do not upgrade!!!

Multitasking is a cinch. I play up to 4 games at one time and now going back and forth is no problem at all.

What I really can't wait for is the Game Center. And I just discovered you can close unwanted open apps from the open apps row by double clicking and deleting them just like email messages.

When I try to download it says it may erase all my media and apps. Is this normal? Or is there something I can do to avoid this?
