It's a delicate balance between the hardware, software and how it's powered. The battery life is a very important piece.

I have tryed using battery programs and all kinds of things with no acceptable results really. I'm sure these mods will help but I would like to see an after market battery that holds up more than noticably better. I'm tired of charging two to three times a day! On that note; I noticed that the charge holds longer if you charge your phone in your vehicle. I think it has something to do with the longer charging cycle.

I agree with some of this stuff but, doesn't disabling vibrate and ringtones/sms tones kind of defeat the purpose of having a cell phone? how would you know when a new call/text/email was coming in?

Here's the best tip for saving 80% of battery life. Don't use it at all. lol
