Tour GPS Problems in the UK

I've had my Tour for a few weeks now and absolutely love it.

I love that Verizon has 'sorta' unlocked the GPS so I can now use Google Latitude and Weatherbug.

The problem is...I'm in the UK for at least the rest of the year and the GPS seems to want to work only sporadically.

I went to Windsor Castle on Saturday...worked great. Used both of the above apps with no problem, and Latitude helped me walk to the Windsor Jazz and Ale Festival.

Sunday...wouldn't update location at all. Couldn't find me or anything else.

    Monday....same thing.

Today...updated this morning and has been working great. Until 5 minutes ago.

Every time I try to access Weatherbug, it prompts me with ' Application Permissions. The Application Weatherbug has requested a http connection to aws.112.2o7.net.' There are 2 check boxes...'Do not ask for http' and 'do not ask for http to aws.112.2o7.net.'
The latter is always checked. I uncheck it and click 'allow.'

Am I doing something wrong? Is the phone doing something wrong? Anyone have any input??

I love the phone, but I'd love it more if it worked. (kinda like a woman that way! I kid...I kid)
