Just an FYI, I had the loose battery door as well on my new Tour. I wasn't going to pursue it until reading posts here that said that some of the phones don't have the loose door problem. Long story short, I went back to Verizon and the first replacement phone box that they opened had a phone with a properly fitting door. *Sweet* Interestingly, the problem lies with the phone itself, not the door (we put the new phone door on my phone and it was still loose). The Verizon rep swapped my phone out, no problem. If it bothers you, just make sure you take it back within the 30 days. There's nothing wrong with pursuing service on something that technically isn't right.
