I have changed my ringtone in the profiles and in options. It is my old ringtone when a call comes in. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated!

the only time mine does this is when it's holstered, does it do this all the time or just when holstered? IDK if you know, not trying to be smart, but there is a separate profile for your device when its in the holster

Go into profiles and make a custom profile and set everything the way you want. its way easier then trying to get the normal profiles to work.
